Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a dependable and motivatedWarehouse Supervisor / Leadto oversee our furniture unloading operation in Jacksonville, FL.

Your primary responsibility is tomanage your teams, keep production moving, and ensure the site reaches its daily production goal.You will oversee approximately 10-15 employees while coordinating multiple teams working on different trailers.

THIS IS HOT, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK.

Our teams unload heavy furniture and boxes directly from trailers. Boxes can weigh5-150 lbs., and trailers can become extremely hot.

Your primary role is tomanage the team - not be the team.However, you must bephysically capable of assisting inside trailers when staffing or production needs require it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Leadership, warehouse, unloading, or physical labor experience preferred

• Ability to work in hot trailers and a physically demanding environment

• Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver heavy boxes up to 150 lbs.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Comfortable holding employees accountable for safety and performance

• Ability to remain calm and de-escalate difficult situations

• Physically capable and willing to assist your team in the trailers when needed
