Job summary

Freight Breakers is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our Frackville, PA location. You will oversee all account operations, drive safety and quality, and lead a multi-site management team to ensure smooth daily execution.

The role focuses on labor control, productivity, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced facility. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Minimal supervision, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Proactive leadership to direct managers, supervisors, leads and associates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all account operations, including customer relations, management support, labor control, quality assurance, and safety.
• Coach, train, and develop a management team and provide performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong communications with all management personnel (internal/external).
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards in line with customer and company expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in all areas of operations.
• Ensure associates comply with policies and procedures.
• Track payroll for all employees.
• Manage an unloading team of 100-200 people.
• Track attendance for all employees.
• Track safety audit data.

We are looking for a Site Operations Manager to join Freight Breakers in our Frackville, PA location!

About Freight Breakers:

Freight Breakers provides managed labor services to support warehouse, distribution center, and cross dock operations. We are a North Carolina based company with operations from Pennsylvania to Texas. With onsite leadership and a production-minded labor force, we provide our customers with site-centric solutions to high touch manual processes.

Job Description:

• Responsible for all account operations, including customer relations, management support, labor control, quality assurance, and safety.
• Coach, train, and develop a management team (e.g., on-floor coaching) and formal (e.g., written evaluation) job performance feedback while ensuring associate stability and retention.
• Develop and maintain an excellent line of communications with all management personnel (internal/external support).
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards in compliance with customer and our company expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in all areas of operations.
• Ensure associates comply with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Track Payroll for all employees
• Manages an unloading team of 100-200 people
• Track attendance for all employees
• Track safety audit data

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a multiple shift operation preferred.
• Multi-Site management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
