Job summary

Hatch in Houston is seeking a Site Manager to lead all on-site construction activities on large-scale industrial projects. You will partner with the Project Manager and a world-class team to deliver safe, high-quality execution in challenging environments.

The role requires 15–20 years of experience in managing major EPC construction programs, a degree in engineering, and proven leadership in health, safety and stakeholder management. Rotation to remote sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Champion safety & quality: set the tone for a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead meetings & communication: chair contractor kick-offs, progress reviews, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Develop talent: build and mentor a capable site team, ensuring performance and accountability.

As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and excellence in execution. You’ll represent Hatch on-site, building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, contractors, and partners—while leading a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do
