El Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, staff development, and customer experience at a high performing Florida location. You will own site results, coach a capable team, and ensure safety and reliability while maintaining service excellence.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in the service industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage profit and performance metrics. This is a salaried role based in Florida with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role in service industries preferred.
