El Car Wash in Orlando, FL seeks a Site Manager who Leads the business—driving performance, safety, and customer experience across daily operations. You will shape team culture, develop talent, and own financial results for a high-performing site.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, performance, and execution; hire and coach your team; ensure fast, friendly service; manage safety, equipment uptime, and data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a supervisory role, preferably in service industries.
• Strong financial literacy with ability to analyze labor, revenue, and cost drivers.
• Proven track record of building talent and creating succession depth.
• Operational excellence in balancing speed, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
