El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a fast-paced, results-driven team. As the right hand to the Site Manager, you’ll drive daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every customer experience is top-tier.

When the Site Manager isn’t present, you lead confidently, coaching staff, managing scheduling, tracking metrics, and keeping equipment and processes in peak condition. This role rewards hands-on leadership and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Business is a plus.
• Experience supervising teams and managing shifts.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations when the Site Manager is not present.
• Staffing, onboarding, and scheduling for reliable coverage.
• Coach and develop team members and grow future leaders.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain positive culture.
• Set service standards and deliver fast, friendly experiences.
• Track daily metrics and take action to improve results.
• Maintain equipment and ensure peak wash performance.
