Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Maintain high-quality day-to-day store operations
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission
• Manage labor and staff scheduling successfully
• Monitor and manage P&L through chemicals, utilities, and expenditures
• Maintain quality assurance via Quality Control checks
• Follow cash management procedures, including reconciliations, audits, and deposits
• Monitor inventory and supplies, assist with orders
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge
• Participate in educational and training opportunities for growth
• Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-year college degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2-5 years of leadership experience
• Basic IT and computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office, G Suite)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Stand and move throughout the site for entire shifts
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 25 lbs
