Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure smooth operations
• Recruit, interview, hire, and performance-manage site team members
• Train Customer Service Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers; provide ongoing education
• Create team member schedules, assign responsibilities
• Set and monitor financial goals and sales targets
• Open and close the site, facilitate daily operations
• Perform minor equipment repairs as trained
• Engage customers, promote our Unlimited Wash Club
• Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance
• Ensure timely completion of reports
• Uphold and enforce company policies
• Manage chemicals safely and efficiently
• Load vehicles safely with clear signals and a smile
• Strive for customer satisfaction with thorough, enjoyable washes
• Manage overall site performance

Required Skills

• 2 years of management experience
• 3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in business or related field (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring (desirable)
• Car Wash experience (preferred)
