Job summary

On Our Own Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Maintenance Technician in Galveston, TX to upkeep and repair buildings and supporting systems on-site.

Responsibilities include plumbing, lighting, painting, carpentry, groundskeeping and preventive maintenance to keep facilities safe and functional. The role requires TWIC card or ability to obtain one, a valid driver's license, and owning a cellphone for work communications.

Qualifications

• TWIC card is required or must obtain one.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must own and operate a cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs inside and outside buildings.
• Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges.
• Irrigation repairs.
• Paint inside and outside of buildings.
• Groundskeeping tasks.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Light plumbing and toilet repairs.
• Communicate status of repairs to the work order system.
• Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall and other building components.
