Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, or contractor coordination or relevant certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite contractor activities, including quotes, purchase requisitions, scheduling, and ensuring safety and site compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and escalate scheduling, safety, or compliance concerns as needed.
• Coordinate planned contractor activities with departments to minimize disruptions to site operations.
• Ensure activities comply with plant safety, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain weekly and longer-range maintenance schedules based on priorities and resources.
• Review work orders to define scope, labor, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate ordering, availability, and staging of materials and parts for timely execution.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and align with priorities.
• Track KPIs such as schedule adherence and work readiness; identify process improvements.
