Job summary

ATS is a U.S. based provider of industrial maintenance that helps factories run better. The role focuses on safety leadership, site strategy, and continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

You will drive safety programs, 5S standards, and leadership for employee wellness and development at the site level. Expect to partner with the Site Manager on cost control, KPI reporting, and customer relations while mentoring teams and embedding ATS culture in daily work.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CMMS, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Live and lead the site safety program and ensure policy adherence.
• Drive 5S housekeeping and safety/wellness initiatives.
• Own and execute ATS culture through leadership competencies.
• Support employee learning with ongoing coaching and development.
• Lead OS usage, measure maintenance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate priorities and equipment status to customers as needed.
• Assist Site Manager with expenses, overtime, and schedule adherence.
• Lead team meetings and drive responsible work planning.
