Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Site Maintenance Associate to keep our stores, property, and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role combines maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and guest service in a hands-on environment.

The ideal applicant has a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months in customer service or maintenance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods. Outdoor work in various weather conditions is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months customer service or maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand for 6+ hours.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, forecourt, fueling areas, restrooms, and surrounding property.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep using hand and portable tools.
• Help maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum equipment.
• Manage waste and keep coolers and other areas stocked.
• Assist with merchandising and deliveries.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
• Support the store team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
