Job summary

Covestro in Baytown seeks a Site Learning & Capability Manager to lead technical training strategy and capability-building programs, ensuring a highly skilled and regulation-ready workforce across North America.

You will drive digital learning transformation, qualification matrix governance, and Train-the-Trainer integrity, while building a future-ready workforce through AI-enabled learning technologies and scalable curricula.

Qualifications

• Degrees or equivalent with extensive related experience (15+ years for BS, 10+ for MS, 20+ for AS).
• Minimum 10+ years in industrial manufacturing with people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide technical training initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coordinate new hire and ongoing safety, regulatory training programs.
• Maintain employee certification/qualification programs with proper documentation.
• Oversee LMS records and training program integrity site-wide.
• Assess safety incidents and strengthen training to prevent recurrence.
• Govern Train-the-Trainer programs and certification cycles.
