Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a seasoned Lean Black Belt / CI leader to drive site-wide transformation in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with the Site Director to prioritize opportunities, lead Kaizen events, and embed standard work and visual management into daily routines.

You will build capability across operators and supervisors, measure impact on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and ensure sustained gains through disciplined problem solving and change leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering with a focus on manufacturing or industrial engineering.
3–5 years in manufacturing with Kaizen and continuous improvement leadership.
Proficiency with Kaizen tools: 3P, TAKT time, Standard Work etc.
Ability to influence leaders beyond span of control and drive outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership and strategic direction as part of a site leadership team.
Structured problem solving: 5-Whys, 8D, Shainin, etc.

Responsibilities

Own the site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy using Hoshin Kanri.
Partner directly with the Site Director to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Drive measurable improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
Facilitate high-impact Kaizen focused on flow, constraints, and cost transformation.
Target high-volume value streams and ensure hard, tracked results.
Embed Lean in daily decisions through standard work and visual management.
Develop leaders at all levels, turning operators into disciplined problem solvers.
