Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production systems.
• Proven track record implementing Lean and CI programs in a production environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern a structured site CI portfolio with ROI evaluation.
• Identify and lead CI initiatives focusing on productivity, cost, and cycle time.
• Deploy Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, line balancing, and Kanban.
• Conduct shopfloor analysis and data-driven assessments for improvements.
• Lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
