Role Overview
The Operations Site Leader is a leadership role within the Chemical Analysis Division, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Operations, North America/Australia. This role will lead all operations located in Oakwood Village, Ohio.

The site leader will connect the global network with local operations and business partners. A Day in the Life:

• Develop and execute operations strategy to meet evolving business needs.
• Monitor critical metrics through active data analysis to improve manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Manage the financial performance of the operations, focusing on revenue, costs, working capital, and cash flow.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognize team achievements.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard work practices using key performance metrics.

Keys to Success:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics equipment.
• Experience in site manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Strong leadership in team development and mentoring.
