Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager to own and lead the on-site operation. You will recruit, train, coach, and performance manage a loading team, ensure safety, guest experience, and equipment reliability, and drive profitable performance.

You will oversee daily workflows, manage maintenance, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and lead sales and membership growth efforts while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
