4x a week (between the hours of 8:15 am-3 pm)
Hours to not exceed 29hours per week; work hours are subject to change based on the partnership's needs.

The New Jersey Tutoring Corps Inc. provides high-impact tutoring for pre-K through Grade 8 students in math and literacy to close learning gaps. Tutoring will be embedded in established networks of community-based organizations in high-need communities and Local Education Agencies (LEA). The New Jersey Tutoring Corps is seeking to hire Instructional Coaches to oversee tutor performance and the technical logistics of the program.
Some knowledge of instructional frameworks such as Danielson, Marzano, or Strong.
Undergo the I9 work authorization process to work in the United States.
Have reliable transportation to each site.

Please note, our school year tutoring schedule is based on the school calendar for the partners we serve. These calendars include predictable break periods during which onsite staff may not be required to work. The predictable vacation periods include (but are not limited to) the following:
Winter break (mid December to mid January)
Spring break (mid March to mid April)
Summer break (mid May to mid September)
