Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Grand Forks, ND seeks a General Manager (Site Leader) to drive daily operations, guest satisfaction and team leadership at a fast-paced car wash site. You will lead a 10–15 person team, balance frontline service with brief admin tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency across all areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty.
• Ability to stand and move for long hours.
• Comfort working in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees and foster teamwork.
• Maintain fast-paced, structured operations.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences through service quality.
• Perform limited administrative checks and equipment inspections.
• Recruit, train and develop staff at every level.
• Keep the facility, landscaping and equipment rooms organized.
