Amazon Grocery Logistics seeks a Multi-Site Leader to drive budget, people development and operational objectives across multiple facilities in Minnesota. You will coach leaders, build bench strength and promote Lean practices to cut costs while maintaining safety and quality.
Responsibilities include leading cross-site initiatives, measuring performance, sharing best practices, and partnering with HR, Finance and Safety to secure resources for strategic projects.
Our Multi-Site Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for multiple facilities. Their responsibilities include managing and leading teams across various locations, coaching and mentoring to ensure performance objectives are met and building leadership bench strength within the organization. The leader in this role must be nimble, demonstrate high judgment, make quick decisions in the face of ambiguity, and be strong in innovation. In addition, they must lead their teams to have high Bias for Action, Ownership, and have the ability to Hire and Develop the Best. As we continue to grow, we will rely on smart and scalable practices to enable execution of a best-in-class operation and drive cost down.
Our Operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. Please note that all workflows have slight building variations, but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer. Preferred Qualifications:- Degree in Engineering, Operations or related technical field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
