Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services is seeking a Lead/Working Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at client sites. The role requires motivation, independence, and teamwork to maintain high hygiene standards across facilities.

The schedule is 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Sunday with rotation, and pay is $20.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, and be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
