Job summary

TTGI is seeking a Site Lead for the Training Support Center at Edinburgh, IN, to oversee operations supporting ARNG’s TADSS program at Camp Atterbury. Weekend support may be required; this is a full-time exempt position.

The Site Lead will supervise a work team, manage TADSS training and maintenance, and coordinate safety, reporting, and scheduling tasks with military units and internal leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in training support center operations.
• Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Working knowledge/understanding of military protocol/chain of command.
• Possess professional demeanor and attitude.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to acquire a Government CAC.
• Must have proof of U.S. citizenship.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License is Required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all operations at the Installation Training Support Center and supervises the schedule and day-to-day work performance of a specific work team supporting military mission requirements.
• Performs as Site Lead with military active Army and National Guard Units and part of the Chain of Command reporting to the TSC Operations Lead and PM.
• Manages TADSS support including training of system instructor and operators.
• Manages maintenance of TADSS and tracking within TS-MATS.
• Manages training, familiarization of systems and non-systems TADSS.
• Provides the full spectrum of management duties and responsibilities when the Training Support Officer is unavailable.
