Job summary

TTGI The Tolliver Group Inc in Edinburgh, IN is seeking a Site Lead to oversee the Training Support Center at Camp Atterbury, coordinating daily operations, scheduling, and personnel performance. Weekend support may be required; this is a full-time exempt role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in training support center operations, strong knowledge of military protocol, and proven leadership and communication abilities. A valid driver’s license and CAC eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in training support center operations.
• Prior military experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain CAC.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of the Installation Training Support Center and supervises the work team.
• Coordinates schedules, training status reports, and unit training activities.
• Administers safety guidelines and conducts daily staff meetings.
• Manages TADSS support, maintenance, and related shipments.
• Reports to the TSC Operations Lead and Program Manager.
