Job summary

Interstate – A Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking a Lead/Working Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at a client site in the United States. The role requires self-motivation, team leadership and the ability to work independently within a fast-growing national janitorial and maintenance company.

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday to Wednesday. Pay: $17.00/hour. Must pass background check and have reliable transportation. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (read, write, speak). Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of chemicals and equipment used in cleaning tasks.
• Able to lift 50 lbs independently and bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms and other assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors as required.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at the assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work in one of our client’s sites. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, yet also be a team player.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
