General Dynamics IT is seeking a Site Lead and Senior Systems Administrator to oversee local IT operations and manage a small team at a designated site. You will ensure Windows Server 2019/2022 security, availability, and performance while coordinating with central IT teams.

As the primary IT point of contact, you will patch systems, troubleshoot complex issues, manage certificates, deploy applications, and drive site-specific projects in alignment with security and DoW requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship Required.
• Security Clearance TS/SCI or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead site IT operations and mentor a small team at the site.
• Troubleshoot and secure Windows Server 2019/2022; ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage certificate lifecycle for web servers and secure communications.
• Build, deploy, and maintain server applications and proprietary software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams and vendors on infrastructure projects.
• Prepare documentation and runbooks for site configurations and operations.
