Job summary

Chenega Security International seeks a Site Manager to lead a large NASA Protective Services contract on-site. You will have full authority over contract execution, workforce management, and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Business Administration, Security Management, Public Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for all Protective Services operations.
• Serve as the senior on-site management official responsible for successful execution of all contract requirements, performance standards, and SLAs.
• Establish organizational priorities, objectives, and performance expectations aligned with customer requirements and corporate strategy.
• Exercise independent authority in planning, directing, and evaluating program operations, initiatives, and resources.
• Develop long-range strategic plans to enhance organizational performance, workforce readiness, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure contract performance meets or exceeds standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead risk management, threat assessment, and incident response to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Direct supervision of staff and maintain leadership responsibility for Protective Services workforce.
