Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Site Lead / Formal Training Unit (FTU) Manager to oversee all academic and simulator training at the assigned CAE training site for USAF programs. You will lead contract instructors, support personnel, and operations staff, ensuring contract compliance, safety, and training throughput while coordinating with the government PO/QAR and CAE Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of four years of flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
• Minimum of eight years total flying experience, including five years of military experience.
• At least two years of flight instructor and training management experience.
• U.S. citizenship required due to DoD contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all on-site academic and simulator training operations.
• Supervise and evaluate instructors and support personnel responsible for ATDs and aircrew training.
• Act as primary liaison between government PO/QAR and CAE Program Manager.
• Serve as site-level contract representative for the USAF customer.
• Ensure site operations comply with contract requirements, policies, and standards.
