Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Site Lead / FTU Manager to oversee all on-site aircrew training and simulator operations. You will lead instructors and staff, coordinate with the USAF Program Office, ensure contract compliance, and manage training throughput and safety at the assigned site.

The role requires a track record in flight operations management, military flight experience, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. A DoD clearance eligibility is required and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of four years of previous flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
• Minimum of eight years total flying experience, including five years of military experience.
• At least two years of flight instructor and training management experience.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all on-site academic and simulator training operations.
• Supervise and evaluate instructors and support personnel.
• Act as the primary liaison between government PO/QA and CAE Program Manager.
• Serve as the site-level contract representative for the USAF customer.
• Ensure all site operations comply with contract requirements and standards.
• Manage reporting, safety, and security programs; coordinate with stakeholders.
