The Site Lead supervises Security Guard II staff to ensure contract requirements are met and compliance with laws and regulations. Responsibilities include safeguarding property, reporting and recordkeeping, payroll and training data, staff scheduling, and ensuring staff are trained in security protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Armed security experience within the last year preferred.
• Requires State Armed Security Guard license and valid driver's license.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Must pass background, drug test and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of duties in Security Guard II description.
• Give guard briefings to incoming officers on activities.
• Inspect each guard post within first 2 hours of shift and document.
• Respond to incidents during shifts and direct guard responses.
• Ensure timely, accurate reports including payroll and training records.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure coverage as per contract.
