Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) Site Manager is embedded within a Walmart store supporting Wing's drone delivery fulfillment. You’ll lead frontline staff and manage daily coverage, performance dashboards, and operational readiness.

The role combines hands-on warehouse execution with team leadership, requires 2–5 years in fulfillment/logistics, and multistep communication with store managers and client reps. On-site 40 hours/week with on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or formal leadership training/certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Supervisory Experience: Prior experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager required.
• Availability: 40 hours per week on-site at Walmart, with on-call staffing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily pick, pack, and load tasks to hit SLAs and enforce SOPs.
• Manage shift discipline, attendance, and coaching; primary on-call contact for staffing.
• Monitor shift metrics and dashboards; support client audits with data insights.
• Serve as on-site liaison for Randstad, Walmart store management, and Wing reps.
• Maintain shift logs, attendance records, incident reports, and compliance.

As a Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) Site Manager operating as our Site Lead – Pick, Pack & Load, you will be embedded directly within a Walmart store supporting Wing's drone delivery fulfillment operations. You will serve as the primary process guardian, combining hands‑on warehouse execution with frontline team leadership. In addition to picking, packing, and loading orders, you will manage daily shift coverage, monitor performance metrics, and ensure full operational readiness. Position Location:Ponchatula, LA

Required Skills & Competencies

• Functional Expertise: Solidbackground in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations (pick/pack/load workflows). Ability to read and interpret basic operational dashboards and productivity metrics.
• Leadership & Adaptability: Proven ability to guide, motivate, and direct a diverse frontline workforce under fast-paced operational pressure.
• Ownership Mindset: Highly reliable, decisive, and proactive about securing store staffing coverage, including managing off-hour call-ins when needed.
• Communication: Clear, direct, and professional communication skills for coordinating with store managers, client reps, and talent.

• Team Leadership & Staffing: Manage shift discipline, attendance, and coaching. Serve as the primary on-call contact to manage call-outs and fill shift vacancies.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor shift metrics and dashboards, resolve performance gaps, and support client audits with data insights.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary on-site contact for Randstad, Walmart store management, and Wing representatives; communicate operational risks proactively.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate shift logs, attendance records, incident reports, and compliance tracking.
