Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct maintenance and repair experience on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with projects or contracts valued at $250,000+.
  • Ability to pass a federal criminal background investigation.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as full-authority point of contact with the NPS COR for daily operations.
  • Build and run the annual preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Inspect work under the Quality Control Plan.
  • Produce monthly PM completion and repair history report.
  • Schedule and supervise specialty subcontractors.
  • Provide labor and materials quotes for repair task orders.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical faults.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the contract Quality Control Program.
  • Direct on-site staff and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate emergency and urgent repair responses.
