Job summary

Ahtna, Inc. seeks an Electronic Maintenance Technician III/Site Lead at Camp Pendleton to manage maintenance operations for USMC training systems.

You will perform advanced electronic maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and support readiness as the Site Manager for the local operations team. The role requires 5+ years in electronics, familiarity with USMC standards, and the ability to guide technicians while documenting work and coordinating with the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience in electronics, electronics security systems, electricity or related field.
• Thorough understanding of USMC maintenance standards.
• Background check ability.
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serves as site manager and primary customer point of contact for site operations and maintenance.
• Performs Site Manager duties with Electronic Maintenance Technician III responsibilities.
• Maintains, repairs, troubleshoots, and installs electronic equipment and related devices.
• Applies advanced electronics knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Implements quality control and reporting requirements.
• Documents maintenance actions in the MIS.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on training systems.
• Completes maintenance records, logbooks and inventories.
• Proficient with current/future simulation software and hardware.
• Provides usage and maintenance reports to the Program Manager.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
