Job summary

Rockhill Group seeks an Electronics Technician Maintenance III to maintain and repair advanced electronic systems for U.S. Marine Corps training applications.

The role involves troubleshooting to component level, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and documenting actions in the management information system. Work spans office, warehouse, and outdoor environments with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade-school training preferred.
• 5+ years of electronics, electronic security systems, electricity, or related field experience.
• Broad technical knowledge of electronic equipment.
• Thorough understanding of USMC maintenance standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot failures down to the discrete-component level.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, modify, and install electronic equipment and related devices.
• Apply electronics principles to identify equipment malfunctions and restore operation.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on training systems and components.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures down to the discrete-component level.
• Evaluate equipment and system performance after repairs.
• Document maintenance actions in the applicable MIS.
• Complete maintenance records, logbooks, inventories and equipment-status docs.
• Operate and support simulation software and hardware used by the Mission Training Complex.
• Prepare usage and maintenance information for monthly reports.
• Support exercise operations and shifts including 24/7 when required.
• Work in office, warehouse and outdoor environments under varying weather.
