Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader to oversee daily warehousing activities and coordinate across departments. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve the daily performance targets. This is a working position that can shift across departments as needed.

Shift: Day Shift 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Pay: $21.00/hour. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401K after 180 days, and on-demand pay.

• Previous team lead or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. This is a working position that can work across different departments as needed.
