Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks an experienced data center leader to manage one or more data centers, drive performance analyses, and lead incident resolution. The role guides expansions, installations, and maintenance across regions to optimize efficiency and stability.

You will oversee on-the-ground teams, develop knowledge bases, and coordinate cross-functional improvements to align with industry best practices and business continuity plans.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Site Portfolio Management: Independently responsible for at least one Data Center, and sometimes multiple facilities.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Lead capacity, temperature, availability, cleanliness, and other performance trends; identify patterns and drive improvements.
• Issue Management and Automation: Coordinate incident response, support escalated technical issues, and implement automation and monitoring to mitigate problems.
• Data Center Expansion Support: Lead expansion efforts, collaborate with project teams, and manage capacity needs for new regions and site builds.
• Installation and Maintenance: Oversee installations, repairs, inventory, logistics, and high-level purchases; guide rack deployments and infra upgrades.
• Planning & Execution: Manage moderately complex tasks, timelines, and resources across multiple projects; provide technical oversight.
