The role focuses on on-time delivery, budget adherence, and rigorous quality standards across planning, execution, and commissioning phases.

The candidate will oversee documentation, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination, ensuring alignment with approved designs and specifications throughout startup and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Leads the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules, coordinating with colocation providers to ensure timely milestone delivery across multiple projects.
• Creates and manages project budgets, optimizing resource allocation to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains documentation, including design review, commissioning, and problem-solving papers, ensuring standards are upheld.
