Qualifications
- University degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Proven experience supervising crane and rigging activities on large industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site crane, rigging, heavy haul, and lifting activities safely and efficiently.
- Drive proactive safety culture and ensure conformance to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate field administration, procurement, subcontractor management, and field engineering.
- Act as primary site contact for crane and rigging execution with stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to operators, supervisors, and crews.
- Plan lifts, review critical lifts, and optimize crane utilization and rigging operations.
