Resicum International is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a Contract Field Team providing maintenance support for C/KC-130T aircraft at NAS Jacksonville, FL, with rapid global deployment capabilities. The role oversees senior mechanics, ensures safety, and maintains regulatory compliance.

The candidate will coordinate aircraft maintenance across airframe, powerplant, avionics, and inspections, ensuring readiness for missions and adherence to government and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising aircraft maintenance personnel, preferably in military/mixed environments.
• Ability to deploy worldwide and coordinate rapid field maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily C/KC-130T maintenance operations.
• Provide direct supervision to Aircraft Mechanic III and II personnel.
• Prioritize workloads based on status, mission requirements, and schedules.
• Lead teams in airframe, powerplant, avionics, structures, and inspections.
• Offer technical direction and troubleshooting for complex maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with NAVAIR, NAMP, manuals and procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and return-to-service activities.
• Provide status reports on production and readiness to leadership.
