Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Site Lead to oversee the Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) program, manage budgets, timeliness of reporting, resources, and stakeholder communication to align with commanders’ objectives.

Requirements include US citizenship, SECRET clearance, 5 years SOF operations, 3 years in program management or site lead, a Bachelor’s degree and ASOT-C course. Nightwing offers medical/vision/dental, 401k, PTO, holidays, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and a valid driver’s license.
• Security clearance at the SECRET level is required.
• Minimum 5 years of SOF operational experience.
• Minimum 3 years in program management or as a site lead.
• Bachelor’s degree and ASOT-C course completion required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all contract aspects of ASOT.
• Participate in course planning, IPRs, and CUBs as required by the government.
• Maintain a roster of qualified personnel to support ASOT operations.
• Establish a comprehensive recruiting strategy for key positions.
• Ensure timely delivery of services, products, and reporting to the government.
