Job summary

Family Entertainment Group seeks a New Site Opening Manager to own every assigned location from installation through opening and handoff to ongoing operations, within Northeast, Southeast, or West regions. You will drive installation, ensure equipment and systems pass tests, coordinate staffing readiness, and hold partners accountable to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading equipment installation and site openings.
• Owns opening from arrival to handoff to ongoing operations.
• Strong vendor and contractor management.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with equipment and systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site owner for new locations from installation through opening and handoff.
• Translate project plan into actionable on-site opening plan with deadlines and owners.
• Drive opening activities to completion and hold teams, vendors, and partners accountable.
• Maintain focus on opening date; address issues affecting timing, quality, safety, staffing, or readiness.
• Escalate risks and develop recovery plans when milestones fall behind.
• Lead on-site equipment installation activities from planning through completion.
• Coordinate installation sequencing across equipment, technology, facilities, vendors, and other workstreams.
• Confirm equipment is installed correctly and tested prior to opening.
• Ensure games, readers, systems, and related tech are functioning before turnover.
• Validate training has translated into readiness and hands-on practice.
• Lead a structured transition from New Site Opening to ongoing operations.
