Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a New Site Opening Manager who will own the on-site opening from installation through to handoff to operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and drive critical deadlines to ensure a successful opening.

You will lead staffing readiness, oversee equipment installation and testing, and maintain strict adherence to standards. This role requires travel within the region and a proven ability to deliver flawless openings on time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading equipment installation, commissioning, or site openings.
• Demonstrated ability to own openings and drive multiple workstreams to a deadline.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with equipment and field-installation processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own New Site Opening Execution: act as the on-site owner from installation through opening and handoff.
• Coordinate installation sequencing and ensure equipment meets standards before opening.
• Confirm staffing plans and ensure teams are trained prior to opening.
• Lead opening-week execution and resolve issues quickly to protect guest and partner experience.
• Handoff to ongoing operations with complete documentation and clear follow‑ups.
