Family Entertainment Group LLC is seeking a New Site Opening Manager to drive new sites from installation to opening and handoff to ongoing operations. You will coordinate on-site activities, test equipment, and ensure readiness for a successful opening.

The role requires leadership across operations, vendor partners, and internal teams, with travel to multiple sites as openings occur. You will ensure schedules are met and openings deliver a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site openings or multi-site launches.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with equipment and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams toward fixed deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site opening execution from installation through handoff.
• Translate project plan into actionable opening plan with deadlines.
• Drive opening activities and hold teams accountable for commitments and due dates.
• Maintain focus on opening date and address issues proactively.
• Develop recovery plans when milestones slip.
• Coordinate installation sequencing across equipment, technology, merchandise and other workstreams.
• Ensure equipment is installed, tested and ready for operation at opening.
