Job summary

Apache Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Laborer to support insulation removal, fitting, and application on construction projects. You will also perform general site work, including loading/unloading materials, site prep, and mobilization/demobilization to job sites.

The role requires physical fitness, the ability to kneel, squat, climb, and work extended periods. You will follow directions, maintain a clean work area, and comply with safety policies and PPE at all times.

Qualifications

Ability to read safety labels, warnings and guidelines on equipment.
Attention to detail and constant safety awareness on site.
Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers.
Heavy lifting and physical endurance for long shifts.
Experience with common construction tools and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

Follow verbal directions to perform duties listed in the job scope.
Perform and assist in removal, fitting and installation of insulation materials.
Load and unload equipment and materials; maintain site cleanup.
Work with Foreman and other crews; uphold safety policies, procedures, and PPE.
Maintain attendance and work unsupervised when required.
Set up ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures as needed.
