Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is a leading producer of sustainable cement alternatives in the U.S. The Laborer assists in ensuring the facility site is kept clean and helps equipment operators, performing physical tasks as required on the job site.

The position includes operating heavy machinery, performing setup and cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and providing labor support with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
• Lift up to 50 pounds and navigate construction terrain

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles
• Set up and clean up tasks at job site; sweep, shovel, rake, and clean equipment with a pressure washer
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials
• Spotting for equipment operators
• Provide labor support as needed
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility
• Other duties as assigned
