Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Laborer to help keep the facility site clean during and after projects. The role also supports equipment operators and performs physical site tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include operating heavy machinery, site setup and cleanup, equipment maintenance, loading/unloading materials, and flexible scheduling. No prior experience required; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and navigate construction job site terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles.
• Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at job site; includes sweeping, shoveling, raking and cleaning equipment using a pressure washer.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Spotting for equipment operators.
• Provide labor support as needed.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
