Analog Devices, Inc. in San Jose, CA, seeks a Site Lab Manager to oversee engineering laboratories across the campus, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistent productivity.

You will enforce lab standards, manage bench configurations, and coordinate equipment procurement and calibration with IndySoft. You will lead centralized component inventory, lab storage, and the shared Co-Creation space, while partnering with facilities on power, HVAC, and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
• 5–10 years in engineering laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge of electronic test equipment.
• Experience supporting lab operations and equipment coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
• Familiarity with IndySoft calibration/asset tracking.
• Knowledge of ESD and electrical safety standards.
• Experience implementing equipment tracking or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce lab standards across engineering labs.
• Define and maintain standard bench configurations.
• Coordinate procurement of lab equipment across the campus.
• Coordinate calibration scheduling with IndySoft system.
• Manage centralized component inventory.
• Develop standardized lab storage and labeling practices.
• Support Co-Creation space and customer scheduling.
• Liaise with facilities for power, HVAC, networking, and lab infra.
• Ensure ESD and electrical safety compliance.
