This role ensures labs operate efficiently, safely, and consistently while supporting engineering productivity. Responsibilities include standardized bench configurations, equipment procurement coordination, component inventory management, lab storage organization, and shared engineering resources.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Technology or related technical field.
• 5-10 years experience in engineering laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge of electronic test equipment.
• Experience supporting lab operations and equipment coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Site-Wide Lab Operations and Standards: develop and enforce consistent lab standards across engineering labs.
• Standardized Lab Bench Configurations: define and maintain standard workbench setups and equipment deployment.
• Equipment Procurement and Vendor Management: coordinate purchasing and manage vendor relationships.
• Asset Tracking and Calibration Coordination: ensure equipment is registered, tracked, and calibrated.
• Central Component Store Management: manage centralized inventory of components.
• Lab Storage and Inventory Organization: standardize storage and labeling across labs.
• Co-Creation Space Support: maintain shared prototyping resources and coordinate customer scheduling.
• Facilities Coordination: liaise with facilities teams for power, HVAC, networking, and furniture.
• Safety and Compliance: ensure adherence to ESD and safety policies.
