Janitronics Facility Services is seeking a Single-Site Supervisor to lead a janitorial team in East Syracuse, NY. The role focuses on staffing, training, payroll approvals, budgeting, and ensuring service quality across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance reviews, safety compliance, supply management, and promoting a positive work environment. High school diploma and 5 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.
• Experience implementing operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Train, coach and develop employees; ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Schedule, approve payroll, and manage budgets.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise janitorial work at assigned locations.
• Assign work and inspect quality to standards.
• Complete HR paperwork and staffing decisions.
• Support goals, customer service, employee retention, and succession planning.
• Provide supplies and equipment to staff for timely service.
• Foster a positive team environment and morale.
• Maintain safety and company policies.
