The role involves scheduling, training, performance reviews, and HR documentation to ensure efficient operations at the single site.

The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, with a schedule Monday–Friday from 4pm to 12:30am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Five years of related experience or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience implementing operational processes.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop employees and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Schedule, approve payroll, and manage budgets.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews; document disciplinary actions.
• Oversee janitorial activities at assigned locations and allocate work.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and complete HR paperwork.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and ensure timely delivery of services.
