Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned sites to ensure high cleaning standards.
• Plan, organize and direct team members to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of special projects.
• Communicate with home office to improve operations and employee experience.
• Supervise janitorial staff and report to Director weekly.
• Manage payroll and budgeting for staff.
• Recruit and train new staff; address disciplinary actions with HR.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards.
